Beyond Villas - Agios Nikitas

The location was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping views and easy access to the beautiful beach. The villa was superbly decorated and had very comfortable beds. The owners and staff were super helpful and went above and beyond. One of our best holidays ever!

I always stay at this beautiful place in Agios Nikitas. The staff helped me find shops nearby. It has Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen amenities, A/C, airport shuttle. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Our stay at Beyond Villas was very nice! The villa was equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher which was a great convenience. The highlight was definitely the fine sunset views from our villa. We were also impressed with the proximity to Milos beach, although the 300 steps down were a bit challenging but manageable. The charming town of Agios Nikitas was just a short drive away and had plenty of delicious dining options. The hosts, Nicole, Natasa, and Nikola, were friendly and provided us with helpful information about the island. This was one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed and we would definitely come back.

the comfortable villa had a decent-sized private pool, perfect for relaxing. the direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach was convenient. Adjacent to the property, there was a cocktail bar and restaurant, making it easy to enjoy a meal and drinks. the hosts were excellent communicators and provided helpful support throughout our stay. We even had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal purchased from them. The highlight was definitely the magnificent views and the tranquility of the surroundings. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. 😊.

During my recent stay at Beyond Villas in Agios Nikitas, I found two main positive aspects that stood out to me. as a frequent traveler, I appreciate the convenience of having a transit hotel near the airport. Beyond Villas is located just 75 km from the nearest airport, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a quick and hassle-free stopover. I must mention the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. They ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The property, particularly the outside area, appeared a bit tired.

I stayed at Beyond Villas during my transit in Agios Nikitas, and I found it to be conveniently located near the nearest airport, which was only 75 km away from the property. This made my travel experience much more convenient and saved me time and hassle. the cleaning staff at the property were lovely and ensured that my stay was comfortable.

I must mention that the property itself is starting to look a bit tired, particularly the outside. The paint in the pool was coming off, and the decking needed recoating.

Everything was spot on.

The villas have incredible views of the beach and sunset, perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday. the rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. the private pools and shaded outdoor eating areas are a fantastic addition to the villas, allowing guests to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings and perfect weather.

Accessing the villas can be a challenge for those with mobility issues, as there are several flights of steps to navigate.

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with a charming blend of traditional Greek elements and modern touches. The general areas were beautifully maintained and offered a cozy atmosphere to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were no stairs to navigate within the villa itself, making it easy for me to move around comfortably. The children working there were always ready to lend a helping hand, ensuring my stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have liked to see more grab bars or handrails in the bathrooms and around the property. This would have provided additional support and reassurance for those with mobility concerns.

Amazing location with stunning views. Houses well designed with pool and terraces. A short walk downhill to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Best honeymoon spot, felt like being in the Caribbean. Recommended for a memorable holiday.
